Who we are and what this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how JusticeHeadquarters.org ("Justice Headquarters," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses personal information through justiceheadquarters.org, our intake forms, chat and browser voice features, and related communications.
We provide information and help people request connections with independent attorneys regarding injury-related legal matters. Justice Headquarters is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Contacting us or using an automated intake feature does not, by itself, create an attorney-client relationship. Do not assume information submitted to us is protected by attorney-client privilege.
Information we collect
Information you provide may include:
• Contact information: your name, telephone number, email address, and any location or contact preferences you provide.
• Intake information: your description of an accident, injury, harmful product, or other potential claim; relevant dates and locations; and details about treatment, insurance, losses, or existing representation that you choose to submit.
• Communications: form responses, chat messages, emails, and information provided during voice interactions or other communications.
• Preferences and requests: consent choices, opt-out requests, privacy inquiries, and information needed to respond to them.
Injury and treatment details can reveal sensitive health information. Please provide only what is needed for your inquiry. Do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card information, passwords, complete medical records, or unrelated sensitive information through general forms or chat. If you provide information about someone else, you must have authority to do so.
Our website and service providers may also collect IP addresses, browser and device information, access times, pages viewed, referring pages, and interaction or error information. Advertising links may contain campaign identifiers, including UTM parameters and advertising click IDs, that help identify how visitors reached us.
Samantha and automated intake
Samantha is an AI-powered intake assistant, not a human lawyer. Our automated features use information you enter or speak to generate responses and help collect or organize your inquiry. AI responses can be incomplete or incorrect and should not be relied on for legal advice, claim deadlines, or decisions about representation.
Text and voice interactions are processed through HighLevel, also known as GoHighLevel, and its supporting providers. Browser voice interactions require audio processing.
You can stop voice interactions or revoke browser microphone permission. This does not delete information already processed. You can also contact us by email at [email protected].
How we use information
We use information for the purposes applicable to your interaction:
• Respond to inquiries and manage intake.
• Facilitate a requested attorney connection and related follow-up.
• Maintain communication records and honor contact preferences.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and improve the website and intake process.
• Understand website use and advertising performance, as described below.
• Detect misuse, protect our services, respond to legal requirements, and handle privacy requests or disputes.
Where consent is legally required, we seek it through the relevant collection or communication process. This policy does not replace a required sensitive-information, recording, or marketing consent.
When information is disclosed
Attorney connections. When you request an attorney connection and authorize the relevant disclosure, we may provide your contact information and relevant intake details to independent attorneys or law firms for review and follow-up. Those recipients may use information under their own privacy practices and professional obligations. An introduction does not guarantee representation or any result.
Service providers. We use HighLevel for website and intake-related technology, including customer relationship management, chat, and voice features. Providers supporting hosting, communications, storage, security, and enabled measurement features may process the information needed to perform those services.
Advertising providers. If enabled, the measurement providers identified in “Cookies and advertising measurement” receive the technical and event information described there.
Other disclosures. We may disclose relevant information when required by law or valid legal process, to protect rights or safety, investigate suspected misuse, or in connection with a business transfer, subject to applicable legal requirements. We may also disclose information when you specifically direct us to do so.
Cookies and advertising measurement
Cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies can support website functionality, remember choices, and measure visits and advertising results.
When enabled, Google Ads conversion measurement helps determine whether an ad interaction led to an inquiry or other action. Data can include click identifiers, technical information, timestamps, and conversion events.
Contact preferences and privacy requests
You may ask us to change your contact preferences or stop further outreach by contacting [email protected]. Where provided, you may also use an email unsubscribe link or reply STOP to a text message. Opting out of contact does not automatically delete records or withdraw a request already shared with an attorney. Tell us separately if you want to cancel an intake request or request deletion.
Depending on where you live, which law applies, and any applicable exceptions, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information; withdraw consent; or opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising, or profiling. These rights vary by jurisdiction.
Submit a request to [email protected]. Describe your request and provide sufficient information to locate the relevant record. We may reasonably verify identity or an authorized representative's authority where permitted. Do not email government identification or other sensitive documents unless we provide an appropriate method and explain why they are needed.
We respond within applicable legal deadlines and explain any permitted limitation or denial. Where an appeal right applies, email [email protected] with "Privacy Appeal" and identify the decision being appealed. We will provide the applicable complaint route if an appeal is denied. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
Children and information about minors
Our intake service is intended for adults age 18 and older. Minors should not submit an inquiry directly. A parent or legal guardian seeking help concerning a minor should use their own contact details and initially provide only a general description. Contact us before sending the child's identifying details or records so appropriate procedures can be arranged.
If you believe a child submitted personal information directly, contact [email protected] so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Adult submission does not remove any protections that apply to the child's information.
Policy updates and contacting us
We may update this policy as our services or practices change. We will post the revised policy with its effective date and provide additional notice of material changes. Where required, we will obtain consent before applying a change to previously collected information.
